- Fantastic location
The house is fantastically located and comes with every amenity you could ever need. There is a train station across the street and a parking garage right next to it. There is also a bicycle in the house, so all transportation methods are conveniently accessible. The house is a 7 min walk from Jean Jaures and the hypercentre. For daily shopping needs, there is a carrefour express across the street as well as a Tabac and ATM. There are a couple restaurants in the neighborhood and a quaint little bar.
