Q: What to do when an owner hasn't responded
A: We encourage all of our advertisers to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours. Some of our owners travel often, and some may not be able to respond to every inquiry if they receive a high volume for unavailable dates. If you have not already done so, we recommend calling the phone number on the listing, if given.

If an advertiser has not responded within a timely manner, you may want to consider looking into other properties in the same area.

Note: Make sure to check your junk mail/spam folder for any emails from an owner, as they may accidentally end up there. As well, if you did not receive the inquiry confirmation, it’s possible that your email address was mistyped, so feel free to resubmit another inquiry!
