    This apartment is a very good value for the money, given its location and amenities. It is located in Crawley area, which is just a tad southwest to the CBD, but very quiet. Within a good 5-15 walk and you can find supermarket, restaurants, cafes to waterfront (Matilda Bay). Parking is free & a breeze with dedicated parking spot! The owner, Terry, is very responsive and is available almost daily. He visits the building almost everyday and you can just talk to him to talk through things. We had some water heating and fridge problems when we came in, but Terry managed to solve all of those swiftly. Terry also kindly offered us a bigger unit for the same price because we have a toddler.
