Historic house built in 1920 has 9 bedrooms, 2 Large Lofts and 3 full baths. With three acres of stream lined property. Has a Volleyball/badminton court, two fire pits.

*Events*
All events need to be approved. This includes any gatherings that have people/guests coming to the house that are not staying overnight.
All event rentals need to go through "The Party Shack Pocono Party Rentals"
All events over 30 people require porta-potties from Party Shack.
All vendors, DJ, photographers, etc need to have insurance and must provide a COI prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in vendor not having access to the property. We reserve the right to access the property at our discretion.

The great room has a 8 foot wide fireplace, next to a 7 foot projection screen with full 5.1 Dolby surround sound. Two sitting areas for all.
Other fun things inside the great room, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board, Foosball, air hockey, and a Great Bar .
Two huge porches 60ft X 15ft and 30ft X 12ft partial covered screened-in porch overlooking a stream.

Kitchen includes: Vulcan 6 Burner Stove, Flat Grill, oven, Breakfast nook, coffee area.
Dining room , seating for 10 people.

FAQ-
What is the supply fee for? The supply fee covers toiletries, wood for the fireplace and fire pits, cooking gas, heating oil, kitchen expendables- towels, soaps, cleaning supplies etc. charcoal for the bbq and gas for the bbq.
Are Linens included? Yes, each bed has linens and shower towel.
Can we reduce the cleaning fee? No its a big house and takes a full day to clean.
Can we host more then 30 people? Yes but we need to know how many people in total and charge accordingly. If you decide to book and mislead us on the amount of people that is an automatic loss of you security deposit.
Can you perform a site visit? Yes, but the charge for a site visit is $200.00
Is there a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor that is accessible with out having to use the stairs? Yes, a person can enter the house through the kitchen mudroom (no stairs) and have access to the entire first floor including a bedroom, bathroom (with easy to walk in shower), kitchen living room, bar and TV fireplace area.
