Village by the Beach L824K: Close to Beach W/ 2 Heated Pools & Playground

Phase 1 (Beach, Island, Leeward Streets) pool will be closed, starting April 29th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 2 pool. Phase 2 (Packary Street) pool will be closed, starting May 6th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 1 pool. This has been factored into the current pricing and no additional discounts will be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This two story unit has a 1st floor patio and a 2nd floor balcony, both with a great view of the sparkling saltwater pool and comfy patio furniture for kicking back and relaxing. Stepping in the front door the spacious living area with coastal décor, beautiful vinyl wood flooring and shiplap siding welcomes you. Opening up to the living area is the kitchen and dining area, this a great layout for maximizing time with family and friends. Also downstairs is a full bathroom, laundry room and master bedroom with a comfy king size bed.

Moving upstairs you'll find the 2nd bedroom with a private bathroom, large closet and two queen size beds. Step out on the private balcony and enjoy perhaps the best view available of this gorgeous pool area. You can sit back and people watch all day long or keep an eye on the kiddos as they splash in the pool!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
