Grape Expectations is a fully remodeled single-story comfy home that boasts video-grade internet and WIFI, all new LED Smart ROKU large screen TVs throughout, including an 86" jumbo in the living room.

Each bedroom has a theme with all fresh furniture and mattresses. This home is always comfy, with two air-conditioning units to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Lay back on the Chesterfield couches in the living room to play a board game, watch a flick, or relax with a glass of vino on the covered front porch in the new set of four rocking chairs.

It is fully equipped for the family with a high chair, Pack-N-Play, and bunk beds in the kid's room.

Come star gaze with the 650mm Telescope or watch the April 2024 total eclipse since Fredericksburg is a dark sky community and sits directly in the eclipse path. Our telescope has instructions and a cell phone adapter to record or snap long, memorable photos on our top-tier telescope.

This gem is only one mile from Main Street. It is close enough to walk to your favorite stores but far enough to escape all of the music and crowds on this single-street, cozy, and quiet neighborhood.

All wine tour stops are just moments away, or book a private tour with a tour guide of your choice and indulge on the Texas 290 wine trail.

From Enchanted Rock State Natural Area and state parks surrounding the area to the up-and-coming wineries dotting the Texas Hill Country, there's so much to do in and around Fredericksburg that makes it more than just a day-trip town. While your basecamp may be in the more affordable and quieter Fredericksburg, you may be interested in day-tripping to the cities of Austin - home of the State Capital and the University of Texas - and San Antonio - home of the Alamo, Six Flags, and SeaWorld.

You can pick your own fruit from local farmers who open up their farms for strawberries, blackberries, and peaches, plus many summer vegetables are available to pick or buy and take home with you!

If you want to see live vaudeville, try Rockbox Theater, just off Main Street, which is the only professionally cast live music show in the Texas Hill Country that guarantees family-friendly, top-of-the-line entertainment! If you come in the springtime, you can drive on the famous Texas Bluebonnet Willow City Loop just outside of town, one of the most photographed areas in the state.

See what all the 'Keep Austin Weird' hype is about, or get a load of history at the Alamo. While sometimes overlooked, this area of the US is brimming with unique experiences for the whole family.

Great Location
House was clean and close to everything we wanted to do during a birthday weekend for my 20 year old niece. The beds were comfortable and the living space was as well. The twin bedroom is a little small but okay for my 12 year old nephew.

Beautiful Home
My family of 13 stayed comfortably in this beautiful house. The teens had a slumber party on air mattresses in the living room floor. The house was well equipped with plenty of supplies for our use, including a well stocked kitchen as we did plenty of cooking. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are comfortable. Seriously where can I get one of those pillows? There was plenty of space in the closets for our clothes. The neighborhood is nice and quaint, and you're just a short drive away from main street. We certainly recommend and would be repeat customers.
