Beautiful Home with Breathtaking Sunset Views
There is adequate on property parking for 4 vehicles, plus you can park on the street. Space in garage to store toys you bring (we brought kayaks and bikes). The living space is all on one level, with an open kitchen/dining/living room (we love it!). Three decks… just note that you can hear the person(s) walking on the upper decks above the master bedroom. Landlord was excellent at communication and checked in to ensure all was good. Just note that you are adjacent to the only and very busy road that runs up and down the island. So when you are on the decks,/outside there is constant road noise. The views are unaffected. House is well supplied with pots, pans and plates should you need them. Bay access for boating/swimming is about 3/10th of a mile walk. Ocean is about 4/10th of a mile walk (I am estimating… but in other words, short walks!). Beach was spacious and quiet during a very busy week. A big plus for Harvey Cedars is that you get way less people on the beaches so you can spread out and “own” all the space and beach views you want.

Harvey Cedars Gem
We had a wonderful week on LBI made even more special by our stay at this house. Great location. Very comfortable interiors. Three excellent outdoor decks. Lots of good times were had dining al fresco. This house was made for celebrations.

Family Get together
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious little house! We celebrated my father’s 80th with family and weather made us a little closer but, we were all very comfortable during the get together. The rest of the week I enjoyed some quality time with hubby. The walk to the beach was easy and the roof top was wonderful! We did not have many sunrises or sunsets during our stay but the ones I did get to see were wonderful! Kim was easy to contact and even extended my stay when I asked. I got the perfect beach day! Thank you for letting us extend!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation
This house is truly a gem in Harvey Cedars! I can not say enough about our stay at Sans Souci. The house is well maintained, clean, spacious and just all around beautiful! It is stocked with all the essentials and then some. The extra touches like Amazon Alexa, board games and cards were much appreciated by my kids for the few rainy days we had. The walk to and from the beach with gear and kids in tow is very easy. My kids loved the fact you can see both the beach and bay from the top deck! Kim was very responsive to my emails and lovely to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay immensely and can't wait to come back! Thanks again Kim!

Wonderful relaxing vacation!
