Designed over two floors, in a traditional Mediterranean style, this exclusive retreat offers elegantly appointed interiors and stunning outdoor relaxation areas with private heated pool, comfortable lounging furniture, and breathtaking panoramic terraces on each floor. The interiors of the villa boast light-filled living spaces featuring contemporary dining areas, comfortable and elegant lounges with panoramic sea views, king and queen size bedrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens decorated with traditional Italian majolica, contemporary design objects, and bespoke furnishings. The bathrooms are fitted with luxury amenities to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.

POOL HEATING
Guests can request pool heating from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th - October 30th, with the temperature set at around 27°C. Please inform staff if you desire a heated pool during your stay.

DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Villa Chez Piè is spread over three floors, connected by an outdoor staircase. The main entrance leads to a spacious shaded patio with al fresco areas, an infinity pool boasting breathtaking views featuring designer lounging furniture, a dining table, and sun loungers. From the ground floor patio, one can access vaulted glass doors leading to an elegantly furnished living area equipped with a dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed, and safari armchairs. To the left, another door opens to a king-size bedroom with sea and pool views and a bathroom. To the right of the entrance, a door leads to a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with glass doors offering garden views. Additionally, the patio provides access to a modern king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

The outdoor staircase ascends to the first floor, where a marvelous panoramic terrace awaits, leading into a light-filled dining space with a fireplace decorated with a blend of country and contemporary design furniture and Mediterranean majolica flooring. Extending from the dining room is an intimate living area embraced by windows, furnished with a comfortable sofa and lounging furniture, ideal for relaxing while admiring the panoramic sea views. To the right, a door grants access to a traditional fully-equipped kitchen with views of the garden and terrace. On the same floor, to the left, a hallway leads to a bright king-size bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

The staircase from the dining area brings you to the second floor, offering stunning sea views from the rooftop terrace. To the left, a door opens to a spacious bedroom with two single beds and countryside views. To the right, another door reveals a Mediterranean-style decorated king-size bedroom with light-filled windows, offering wonderful sea and garden views, and a bathroom with a shower.

Outdoors: Villa Chez Piè boasts a main gate entrance leading to outdoor areas and a wooden gate to the property entrance. The shaded patio on the ground floor, furnished for lounging and dining, is where guests can come together for convivial moments. This patio is equipped with a barbecue area, a pizza oven, and an outdoor kitchen, all set against the backdrop of olive groves and offering unforgettable views of the pool and Capri Island. Extending from the patio is the infinity pool area, complete with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and an expansive olive grove and flora, providing guests with ample space to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. The first floor features a spacious terrace with white walls, contrasting the blue threads of colors of the designer lounging furniture and the turquoise sea views. Additionally, the property provides available parking facilities. Please note that the property is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs due to the stairway leading to the various floors throughout the property.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the town of Torca, Villa Chez Piè offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Amalfi Coast. Guests can explore the nearby shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi serves as an ideal base for discovering the attractions of the region. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located just a short distance away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is located approximately 17 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 11 kilometers to the northwest.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
