1st floor family room is an open concept, filled with light and perfect for family entertaining. Furnished with a large Smart TV, 2 sofas, 2 swivel armchairs. The front living room beautifully furnished. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped all modern , top line appliances , a large granite center island for family gathering. Sonos sound system, High Speed Fios Internet. Full equipped kitchen for the gourmet chef on vacation.
A 3 block walk to the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon on the beach, a walk to local ice cream parlor, ride bikes to town or simply relax on the front porch.
