Our home has four bedrooms with four queen-sized beds, two and a half bathrooms and a lot of style. If you're coming to the Palm Springs area to stay in an authentic mid-century modern home, you've found it. Newly remodeled with brand new furniture, crisp new bed linens and fluffy new towels.
As our guest, you will have access to the entire home and backyard. The garage and closet are locked to protect our personal belongings.
Cathedral City Cove is surrounded on three sides by mountains. The mountains prevent excessive wind and allow just enough desert breeze to keep the palm trees moving. The neighborhood is filled with artists and creative, friendly people. Hiking/biking trails, great restaurants, shopping and movie theaters are just a few minutes away. As well as, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, and tons of vintage shops.
We recommend renting or bringing a car to get around, however there are taxi and Uber options on call.
Some things to note about the property
Heated Pool. There is a charge if you'd like the pool heated. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like the pool to be heated and we'll provide the fee based on current gas charges. Pool heat will be set to 85 degrees F. Absolutely NO DIVING in the pool - it is only 6 feet in deep end and 3 feet in the shallow end.
There is a BBQ by the pool which is available for you to use for grilling outside the kitchen door.
The gardener comes on Thursday (subject to change).
The pool man comes on Tuesday and Thursday/Friday (subject to change).
There are exterior security cameras at the front of the property.
HOUSE RULES
Guests should be 28 years of age or older for consideration.
Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am.
This home is a no party, non event home, this is strictly enforced.
There is no smoking allowed inside the house. Evidence of smoking inside could result in a loss of security deposit.
Furniture should not be moved around. An additional fee may be charged if furniture needs to be put back in it's original place upon guest's departure.
Guests are required to use provided plastic glassware and dishes outside the house. No glass is allowed around the pool for safety.
Guests are warned that the interior floors are slippery when wet. Please use caution when entering the home from the pool area.
Please do not sit on any interior furnishings with wet clothing.
Please let wet towels dry in the sun before bringing them inside.
Guests are asked to load all used dishes in dishwasher and remove all trash and recycling to the provided receptacles upon check out.
All trash must be placed in the outside trash cans at the side of the house upon the guests departure.
ADDITIONAL NOTICES
Noise: No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors, at any time.
Respectful to neighbors: This home is in a well established, peaceful neighborhood of single family homes. We ask that guests be mindful of noise levels and treat neighbors with respect, especially when outside on the patio or around the pool. Please refrain from using loud profanities or lewd language around the pool as our neighbors as loud voices can be heard by our neighbors.
CLEANING & SANITIZING
We want to assure you we are complying to all precautions with regards to COVID-19.
We have always used disinfectants that kill 99.9% of all germs, viruses and bacteria.
We have added some additional sanitizers and disinfectants and we have implemented more stringent cleaning criteria in addition to our already high standards.
All frequently touched areas are disinfected, hard surfaces, doorknobs, remote controls, light switches etc. are wiped with disinfectant. We hope to help reassure to our valued guests, we are doing our part to help control this challenging World Wide situation.
