Great duplex Apartment

We had an amazing time at this apartment. We were greeted at the building by Janine, who was very nice and showed us around. The apartment was in excellent condition. The kids' room downstairs has two twin beds and very strong AC. The living room has a large sofa and big screen TV. The best part is the balcony, where we had multiple family dinners. The upstairs bedroom was very big and has its own bathroom. The best part was that there was another much bigger wrap-around balcony with sun beds and a great view.

We were very nervous about using VRBO as it was our first time. It could not have been better.

Awesome property that is very close to the beach!

Apartment has all amenities and is in a desirable location (near to the beach, market and restaurants). Excellent balcony for relaxing. Good wifi connection. The owner is easily contactable and always willing to help. I highly recommend this very spacious apartment.

The Place to Stay in Tel Aviv

As my Israeli nephew stated--"this must be a million dollar property!"--and well worth staying at. Central to downtown Tel Aviv, the Ha Carmel market and the beach, we felt much more like visitors than tourists staying at a hotel. To have parking right there, all the modern appliances (except we never did figure out how to work the Nespresso machine--if only there was a Keurig!), and the ability to wash clothes, cook meals and entertain guests--an excellent way to introduce my family to the new Tel Aviv! Yohan is an excellent host.

Well-equipped apt for a family, steps from Market

Our family of three, including our four-year-old, enjoyed a lovely stay at Yohan's property. As a family with a young child, we have learned the value of staying in a fully furnished apartment versus a hotel room, and this property did not disappoint. As they say, its all about location and this apartment is literally steps from the Carmel Market, the source of many of our impromptu meals (bountiful fruits, veg, and just about every other product under the sun). We planned quite a bit of travel, so this apartment was a perfect jumping off point for Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, and other locations. The accommodations were more than spacious for the three of us and could have easily accommodated another child or adult. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were in good shape, and everything was in working order. Best of all, the apartment was dead quiet. We never so much as hard a peep from the neighbors or street noise. For families with young children, there is a playground just around the corner. We were pleasantly surprised to find so many first class restaurants within easy walking distance (even with a young child!). We would recommend making reservations for dinner Friday and Saturday nights in advance, if you plan to eat out. The parking spot is part of a four car lift system (not unlike what you would find in NYC). Its snug by U.S. standards, but fit our Hyundai Accent rental car (I would not recommend a larger car, but that goes for street parking in Tel Aviv as well). We were met upon arrival by Jeanine, who provided an overview of the apartment and its features. Jeanine speaks some English, but is more comfortable in French. Fortunately, our traveler French proved more than adequate (and she was kind enough not to laugh at our terrible accents). In all, a great apartment for a family in a super location at a fantastic value.

Amazing Stay!

Had the best stay at this amazing apartment. The owner was great. We went for my son's bar mitzvah and couldn't ask for better. With the farmers market right downstairs and all accomadations in the area, we had a great time. We cant wait to return to Israel and stay in this same place.
