CONDITIONED VILLA 6 PERS SEA VIEW PRIVATE POOL PORTO VECCHIO

Comfortable villa, very well equipped, air-conditioned rooms, sheets and linen provided, garden with trees and flowers, terrace with barbecue overlooking the pool with wooden beach, private parking.
1 Spacious duplex villa of 150 sqm air-conditioned sea facing, on the ground floor.
The villa is equipped with three bedrooms with two beds in 160 and two beds in 90 and two bathrooms.
Everything is provided for the kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathrooms and you have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Two parking spaces are available (closed enclosure with digicode).
The sea is less than 2.5 kilometers, it takes a car and count a few minutes to get there.
The airport of Figari south Corsica is 20 kms. Furthermore, we are 15 kms from the Ospedale Forest.

1. Deposit of 1500 euros due on arrival - To be returned by check for French or in cash. Deposit due at arrival 1500 euros.

Belle maison très bien située
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa à 5 personnes dont 2 enfants. La maison est très jolie et a beaucoup d’espace. Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien équipée. L’extérieur avec la piscine et le jardin est magnifique. La maison est très bien située proche des plages de Palombaggia et Santa Giulia et du centre de Porto Vecchio. Adèle et son mari sont très accueillants et nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Superbe villa très bien équipée, localisée dans un endroit calme proche du centre de Porto Vecchio, de supermarchés et des plus belles plages de la région. Ses propriétaires sont charmants, discrets, disponibles pour donner de très bons conseils. On recommande chaudement!

Maison très confortable, très propre, au calme, avec un magnifique jardin et une superbe vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia. A proximité des plus belles plages de Corse. Un grand merci à Adèle et Angelo pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs précieux conseils. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.
