Immaculate, spacious three-bedroom condo two-floor living in desirable North Conway location. Close to Story Land, Santa's Village, skiing, shopping, fine dining, and much more. Upstairs consists of the family room, dining area with seating for 10, half bath, gas stove with a real brick wall as a backdrop, and kitchen. Downstairs consists of a master bedroom with a full bath, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and third bedroom with three twin beds and a trundle pull out, as well a second full bathroom. The condo is on a very quiet street and is part of a small condo association. No noisy neighbors here!!! Long-term rentals welcome - Please email Brian for long-term rates.

Back porch and stairs must remain clear of snow. Front walkway must be kept free of snow and treated with salt in winter months.

I've stayed in many guest homes over the years and this one is in the top three!
I was fortunate enough to spend four weeks in this lovely home and couldn’t have been more comfortable. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with lovely views from the deck and upstairs windows, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. A short walk takes you through the woods and down to a rocky stream. Two tasty eateries are within walking distance (Island Chef and Joe’s Spaghetti Shed). If you don’t feel like going out, they both offer take-out. It is centrally located to the many area attractions yet just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle and heavy traffic of North Conway. The living space is bright and airy with a wrap-around couch, gas fireplace, large dining table, plenty of games and puzzles, and an entertainment center. The kitchen is well-stocked with necessities, and then some. With three bedrooms and three baths, there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. To my delight, it even had a jetted soaking tub! The host was very attentive yet non-intrusive. If I contacted him via email or text, he was quick to reply and thorough in detail. Even the long-time neighbors were friendly and accommodating. It’s rare to find a condo as quiet and inviting as this one!

Great stay
Great location, close to Storyland and many stores and restaurants. Issue with A/C was fixed promptly by the property manager, and it worked great the rest of our stay. Loved the kid’s books, toys and games there as well.

Great Property
This property was largely as advertised. The owner was incredibly responsive and the rental was clean and functional. We were up there during a heat wave and were very happy to have a rental with AC. The location is solid if you are going to Storyland or Santa's Village, downtown or even to the outlets. We would definitely stay here again.
