Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedrooms/_2bath house.. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The living room is furnished with comfortable queen sleeping sofa, chairs, coffee table and computer table, and 50 inch. TV. The kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliance (range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) and granite counter top. In huge Florida room there are playing table, sofa, two recliners and twin bed. 1 car attached garage with washer and dryer. Patio on backyard has gas BBQ and two picnic tables with chairs. Close to restaurants, shopping centers, theaters, downtown, 10 min. drive to #1 in USA Siesta Beach.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attraction and watch sunset. Please, no pets, no smoking.

Perfect House in Great Location
The property has everything a couple or family needs to enjoy a vacation in the Sarasota area. It is spacious, well equipped, and is well located in a nice neighborhood near major roads. Siesta beach is only a few miles away, and is one of the best beaches to be found. The owners were helpful getting us checked in and were available during our stay when we had questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very friendly owners
I rented the property for family members visiting over Christmas. It was perfect as was only minutes drive to my home. The home was clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. 5+ stars!!

Great location
Great location to many beaches, best being Siesta Key! Sam and Ella were very accommodating. Nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Neighborhood was very nice!

Gulf Gate House
Very conveniently located and a nice house with handmade decorations by Ella. Sam and Ella were gracious and responsive to any needs I had. They are good owners and good people.
