Award winning private designer guest cottage on historic estate, appx 20 miles outside NYC meticulously put together and designed for a relaxed experience. Five star rating on accommodations and hosts. Previous guests include professional athletes (on and off season), +business travelers, folks relocating or renovating, tourists, traveling nurses/doctors,visiting local family, plus. The space offers 2 guests a comfortable live/work/play environment in an atmosphere guaranteed to impress the most seasoned traveler. Boasting many beautiful architectural features, the guest cottage has a one of a kind layout , with studio area +plus separate sleeping area/platform queen bed(2 steps). Kitchenette with microwave, keurig, zojirushi grill, double hotplate, cuisinart toaster/air fryer, weber charcoal bbq.plus, full refrigerator/eating space. Separate full bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. A deck off the back for you to enjoy the garden views (seasonal) and sip your coffee. Guests access the property entering a private gravel driveway passing the main house built circa 1752 before arriving at the cottages main entrance. Free parking is available 2 cars-private driveway.

Convenient and unique
The cottage is situated on beautiful grounds and it was a great location for visiting family. The cottage itself was musty, which can cause breathing issues. The bed on the platform was a little difficult to maneuver, especially at night. There’s a nice deck off of the living room that we enjoyed at breakfast.

Private, unique, one of a kind experience on historic setting. You will get to enjoy the cozy cottage to live-work-play, visit nearby New York City (appx. 20miles by car), inspire your next creative project or just relax. The cottage has its own deck which overlooks the gardens. The Estate is a hidden 'gem' known as an Oasis in the metropolis, nearby shops, restaurants, parks within a very short walk.

Main House dates back to 1752. The cottage is separate you have to yourself and has super cool architectural details and lots of books/magazines for you to peruse. The property has a one of a kind gardens/ boxwood maze and on-going garden renovations continue(pardon as we make it even better).
