This unit is only available for 1 week per year. 7 nights for $1995. Available in late spring, summer, or early fall each year. Not available in winter.

Enjoy full use of Westin Hotel & Resort amenities. Units are well appointed to typical category 5 Westin standard, and include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room, totaling 1,800 sf.

We welcome you to the property with complimentary Wi-Fi, your very own fitness studio, pre-arrival concierge shopping services to fulfill your food and beverage requests, a Sunday evening Manager's welcome reception, live poolside entertainment on Monday and Friday afternoons, Wednesday night S'mores on the beach and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas.

The Dawn Beach Club is a smoke free environment. No smoking indoors.
 Sleeping capacity is 8 adults per Condo unit. Please note: third bedroom feature’saking or queen size bed.

We purchased this timeshare on our honeymoon but don't need to use it every year.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with St. Maarten on our honeymoon and wanted to come back for years to come. This property is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are top notch.

What makes this property unique

You can see the island of St. Barts in the distance from the balcony! You can swim in the same water and enjoy similar luxury for much less cost than it would be stay in St. Barts!
