OVERVIEW: ONLY ONE HOME FROM THE BEACH! Enjoy this excellent location for your next vacation. One-level home offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large wrap-around deck to enjoy ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean without breaking the bank. Lovely open floor concept with sliders to open and enjoy the sounds of the waves and beach breeze. A nicely stocked kitchen for a home-cooked meal, dining area with additional dining on the deck area, and living room with new furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are located to the back of the house; a primary bedroom w/ ensuite and full hall bathroom for the two additional bedrooms.
LOCATION: Downtown Fenwick Island, just a few blocks from Ocean City, Maryland. Steps to the beach and downtown Fenwick Island. Downtown offers miniature golf, a water park, multiple restaurants, and shops (tax-free). Approximately 27 miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach/Dewey Beach. Visit all the beaches for a great beach vacation!
PARKING: Private driveway for four-six vehicles.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, gas grill, outdoor shower, and cable TV. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. No pets and no smoking! The home sits on stilts, but the house is on one level. There are steps to enter the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Kicking off summer
We returned for a second time at the same time and same place to celebrate the end of the school year with some beach fun. This house is ideal for a beach stay with younger children. Quiet yet close to everything. Hope to return next year!

Great Get-Way
First impressions can speak volumes. This home exceeded our families expectations. We are a family of 7, yet we never felt crowded in this 3 bedroom home with a great layout. Situated in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, which at times the only sound in the morning was the ocean and families walking. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness when we arrived, which the rental managers addressed immediately for us. It was not untidy just needed some additional deep cleaning.
