This pretty cottage, in a green and wooded natural environment, is the ideal base for exploring the Côtes d'Armor. You will benefit from an exceptional, calm and relaxing setting, and from a comfortable cottage. Located near Dinan, this authentic location allows you easy access to the Brittany coast, its beaches and its typical villages.

With a surface area of 50 m², this carefully decorated and maintained gîte offers you all modern comforts:
- 1 bedroom with extra large double bed
- 1 bathroom
- independent fitted kitchen with dishwasher
- washing machine and dryer, and household linen provided
 - internet access, TV

You can also enjoy the garden and the terrace reserved for the occupants of the cottage, with garden furniture and barbecue. In addition, bikes can be made available on request, as well as baby equipment: cot, changing table, bath, etc.

Charmante, kleine Wohnung
Alles vorhanden für ein paar Tage Abschalten und Runterkommen: Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße in Waldrandlage, es stehen mehrere Terrassen oder Gartensitzplätze zur Verfügung. Die nächsten Geschäfte sind allerdings mindestens 10 km entfernt. Als Ausgangspunkt, um die Cote d`Armor zu erkunden, perfekt.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique
Tout a été parfait, la qualité du gîte, sa décoration, son confort dans un cadre verdoyant et très calme tout en étant à quelques kilomètres de Dinan, lieu idéal pour se reposer et visiter la région avec les conseils avisés des propriétaires, ce sont des hôtes charmants, bienveillants tout en étant discrets. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce havre de tranquillité, merci de votre accueil

Le gîte est magnifique : confortable, très propre et conforme aux photos/descriptions. Il est très bien situé pour profiter des trésors de la région. Tout est conçu pour un séjour parfait ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, disponibles et accueillants.
