Nestled among million dollar homes in a golf course neighborhood, this pet friendly, 4 bedroom home won't disappoint. This home has a spacious single story ( 2450 sq ft ), open floor plan, large kitchen, eating bar, nook, 60 inch LED TV, (Cable) beverage refrigerator and french doors to back patio and pool. The master bedroom includes a king bed with
50 inch LED TV. (Cable) Queen bedroom and 2 twins include 32 inch LED TV's. (Smart TV for you to use your Netflix) Beautiful custom pool table. Dining room area with wood flooring and seating for 6-8. Tile floors for easy cleanup. High speed wireless internet, 5 Samsung Smart TV's printer/scanner. Private completely fenced and walled back yard with views of the mountains, great for kids and dogs. Beautiful heated pool and waterfall spa. Spa heat included in rent but pool is $80 per day to heat at your cost. You must notify property manager at time of booking. The air is also set to 75 degrees and not available for adjustments. Camera is located above the garage in the driveway for security purposes. The owner has an app. on his phone to set temperatures. 50 foot covered patio, with plenty of chairs and furniture to relax. Gas BBQ.Plenty of gated parking for boat/RV etc. on the side of the house. Full RV hookups.Less than 10 min. to the boat ramp, London Bridge, downtown, hiking, bike trails, beaches, water park, shopping and restaurants, dog park, and casino ferry. Family Vacation
Great space for everyone to enjoy. The pool/jacuzzi and pool table were big hits for the whole family to enjoy. Kelli was gracious and available for all of our questions/needs. Can't wait to come back!

Great Location, Great Neighborhood, Comfortable Home
We stayed this past weekend and this home os one of my favorite VRBO's. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of table seating and the backyard / pool area is perfect for some R & R. Kelli was awesome and made us feel very welcome.

We love this property, we have rented it for 3 consecutive years, super nice, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is the perfect house for my family. Everything in the house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Easy access to Lake Havasu. Enough area for parking cars and boats. The pool was wonderful! Communication with property manager is easy, thanks Kelli Smith. We had a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Perfect spot for us
We loved the house, the pool, the neighborhood and the easy access to Lake Havasu. Great spot to host family and have our small dog. Kelli is a wonderful property manager to work with!
