Amazing view!!

What a great place to spend our vacation. The place is very clean, the view is unbeatable and the location is fantastic. Tony is always available for any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Tony!

Great experience

The apartment is excellent, with a lot of space in all the rooms and fully furnished. It has a great view of the bay and it was very quite. Few people around anyway. We had a wonderful stay

Beautiful view of ocean

Enjoyed our stay at Pena Mar, & this condo has a beautiful view from the balcony.....but this condo needs some work to improve. It was the most costly of the 3 units we rented for our family but was our least favorite. We needed to notify Tony twice of the annoying teeny ants in the kitchen before Maria put our ant bait traps. The condo was not as clean as the others (maybe the reason for the ants). We stored food in the refrigerator. The patio door needs fixing--it scraped noisily & needed much muscle to open & close. We found no batteries in 2 remotes, old "corrosive" batteries in 1. Found 2 AAA batteries in a drawer in order to change TV channels. Notified Tony that 4 of 6 bulbs were not working in master bath light fixture, 2 or 4 out in both kitchen & dining room fixtures. AC remote was missing in the main room so unable to control temperature. Needed to ask for a 2nd set of keys to manage getting around the locked gates & doors everywhere. There was a large rocker stored in the closet that Tony said needed fixing. Beds were comfortable. Annoying to have it taking up space we needed. Although condo was disappointing, we loved the large pool and the view. Tony was helpful & prompt with replies.

Beautiful Apartment

Our family stayed at Tony's apartment about a week ago and we absolutely loved it! The view was amazing, the grounds were very well kept and the apartment was very clean! Tony was extremely helpful and made himself available at all times, the service was excellent. Fajardo is one of my favorite cities in Puerto Rico and Tony's apartment was great!

Great property and unit

There were many great things about this unit - property site (offered great view of the marina and good amenities), location (Fajardo is near major attractions, like Seven Seas Beach, Luqillo Beach, ferry to Culebra, and El Yunque Rain Forest), and the unit itself is fully stocked. My family of 6 was very comfortable. Tony was very responsive before the vacation and throughout with any questions that we had. Overall, we had a great time!

The place that I will always stay

Let me begin by saying that this place was perfect.it has all you need from coolers to beach chairs.the place is equipped with everything you need.it's clean comfortable and in a perfect location,close to everything,and the icing on the cake is the owner Steve.he answers your calls and helps you in whatever you need.thanks Steve for making our vacation special.May the good Lord bless you and your family.
