Cozy up and relax in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in the Rendezvous neighborhood of Winter Park. Perfect for a family vacation, just 4 miles from the ski area base with an easy 4 minute walk the town shuttle bus. Enjoy hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing on an extensive network of trails which pass right through the neighborhood. For anglers, the Fraser River is a 5 minute walk away. A short walk to Hideaway Park and concerts, coffee shops, and restaurants in downtown Winter Park. Near the county recreation center with gym, pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Keep your gear out of the way with a heated attached garage, large mud-room, laundry room (with 4 boot dryers), and plenty of hooks and boot trays.
Amenities: heated garage, 2 fireplaces (1 gas & 1 electric), deck, grill, boot dryers, washer+dryer. For the kids- pack-n-play, strap-in booster chair, stroller, toys, razor scooters, and sleds.
Sleeps 7: Queen bed, twin+full bunkbed, and full bed in the upstairs bedrooms. Two twin futon mattresses downstairs.

Spring Break retreat!
The house was exactly as pictured and explained. Great location and super close to the Winter Park Resort, shopping, tubbing, and grocery store. The home also had tons of games, a sled, and a tube which we loved having. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful offering great suggestions and assistance with the storm that came which we were super appreciative of. We would absolutely stay here again! Not only was the home great but the customer service and assistance was so very appreciated which gave us that 5 Star feeling. Thank you for a wonderful week that our family will cherish!

Very Nice Getaway
The property was clean, close to restaurants, grocery store and the Jazz Festival we were attending. The property manager was very responsive with their communications and made the check in process easy. We were concerned about finding out that the property didn’t have air conditioning, but the instructions we were provided cooled off the property in the evening hours and it even got cold overnight….which was perfect sleeping temperatures for us.

This property was perfect for the 6 people in my party. There was plenty of room yet it was still cozy. It was conveniently located near town and only a few miles from Winter Park resort. The owner was eager to accommodate and easy to reach if needed!

Why they chose this property

Rendezvous is the perfect location for our family- walking distance to town, on the red lift bus line, and the middle of miles of hiking, biking, and ski trails. We are rarely home for long, but when we are, our kids love making forts with the futons and pillows under the stairs and we love watching football on our huge tv on the main floor. The attached garage keeps us (a little bit) organized.

What makes this property unique

We love the ease of this townhouse. A large mudroom that keeps all of our gear out of the way, a warm attached garage, and trails right outside our door. We enjoy cooking meals for friends and family with the kitchen stocked for entertaining.
