Spacious 2 bedroom house with deck offering views of Nantucket Sound

Harbor Village is a quiet, secluded village of Cape style homes located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport. This 17-acre peninsula is a place of natural beauty, studded with pine trees, and laced with cool sandy paths leading to the ocean beach. Our private footpath to Quohog Beach bridges a creekbed filled with wild flowers - a fine spot to eavesdrop on nature at sunrise. Emerge from the sylvan trail, cross tiny Ocean Avenue and set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 to 75 degrees.

The shopping and excitement of downtown Hyannis is less than a mile from our gate.
The Ocean St docs and Ferries to the island is also only a mile away.

Great stay! Hosts were wonderful !
We recently stayed with our two children and dog and it was a wonderful time. Shirley and Bob were extremely helpful and generous. The neighborhood is nice and quiet which was great for two small children that nap and have early bedtimes. Great location near downtown Hyannis and walking distance to beach and dog friendly beach. The house was fully equipped with towels, dishes, cutlery, etc. We would definitely recommend this property for future guest.

Perfect for our Cape Vacation
A nice Cape home that made for a wonderful vacation. The view of the water was wonderful and we could see ferries and boats going by. Shirley and Bob are very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again!
