Relax and unwind at this gorgeous villa which has been completely remodeled and decorated from top to bottom.The interior and furnishings are warm and inviting and include vaulted ceilings, tile floors, and granite countertops. The spacious villa has one well appointed master bedroom, with a King Bed and a 3rd floor balcony over looking the beautiful pool and lake.
Our condo’s come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

Lake Travis is not a constant level lake, it does fluctuate with seasons, and rain fall. Please visit to view current lake level.

We will provide check in information prior to your arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking space, and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows you to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
