Lovely two story contemporary home located on gold coast of Lake Huron approximately 5 miles north of Oscoda Michigan. Home provides beautiful views of lake Huron from inside of house through custom trapezoid windows facing the lake. House also has two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a open loft that provides additional seating for relaxing/reading. Sleeping arrangements are a queen bed in lower level bedroom and a queen and a twin bunk bed in the upper level bedroom. Home also boasts dramatic high ceilings that accentuates views of the lake and provides for added spaciousness within the house. Home includes all the modern conveniences to include Cable TV, wireless Internet, fireplace, washer & dryer, full array of modern kitchen appliances/pots/pans,dishes/utensils, outdoor gas grill, professional wood smoker, outdoor seating and fire pit. Additionally, property also has multiple kayaks and a paddle board tor enjoying yourself on the lake. Perfect home for a relaxing vacation with your family and making some great memories

Great Place
Well equipped, well documented, organized. Everything seemed to be where it should be. Good location with sandy beach and nice clean water. Would recommend it highly to anyone.

Just what our little family needed
I am so happy that we rented this place for a week, we had the best time! The photos don’t really do justice, in my opinion! The place is super clean and well kept, everything is in great condition, and the owners have taken great care to be sure that anything you could possibly need is on hand! I had read this in other reviews and I was still very impressed when we arrived! We traveled as a family and it was nice to have board games and DVDs to choose from on the rainy day we had. The property is great and the beach is amazing- nice, sandy and shallow for a great distance! It was perfect for our young kids! If we come back to this area, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular!
My husband and I have rented numerous properties in the past. This property by far was our favorite. The morning sunrise is like non other. The property offers privacy and is quiet and relaxing. The butterflies and hummingbirds made daily appearances. The owners took special care with all the little touches/luxuries that a family would want in their rental experience. I would highly recommend a stay at this property and we look forward to our next visit!

Morning Glory
The house is beautiful and comfortable and we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was amazing and appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. were all the best quality. Even though the house is on US 2, it feels private and we didn't notice traffic noise because of the trees between the road and house. Paul was an excellent host. He sent detailed information regarding the property and was easy to get in touch with. He also refunded our security deposit immediately. We highly recommend this property as it far exceeded our expectations!

Why they chose this property

We bought this lot in 1988 and built our house in 1995. For the last 21 years, this house has provided great memories for my entire family as small boys going "Up North" to the cabin and hanging out and playing on the beach. The next generation has already started where my three grand kids are now coming up north with their parents to make there own memories now....

What makes this property unique

Beautiful relaxing views of the lake. It feels like being on the ocean. My best time of the day is in the morning sitting on the deck drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sun come up and cooking outside in the evening with a glass of wine looking out over the lake. Evening camp fires are very special as well.
