This beautiful ocean front condo with stunning views is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a one minute drive to the beautiful Oak Island Golf Course. It has been completely remodeled with all new kitchen appliances, new flooring and new bathroom vanities. The master bedroom patio is a great place to enjoy the view! Enjoy complimentary bikes and the two pools located a short distance away.

Spectacular property
We had a great time and absolutely loved staying here. I’m just afraid to leave such a great review, I might not be able to rent again next year! The view is amazing and the place is brand new from top to bottom. Easy to contact someone for assistance. Thank you!!

Nice get away spot
The condo had nice views of grounds, water and even deer. Vertical blinds and sliding glass doors were a bit difficult to open/close. Rooms were nice. Master bath small.

Oak Island Vacation
The Condo was older, yet okay. The sliding glass door to the patio was open at the top when we got in. We had to rig it with a piece of cardboard to stay closed to keep flies and heat out. The door from the master bedroom to the patio also had issues so we didn't use it. Could not get the TV's to work and no directions. Way too many remotes as well. Master bath was TINY for the shower and toilet. We had no clean towels or linens yet were able to get some thanks to the owner. Overall glad the other part of our family stayed in the condo below us as that had been updated and was nicer for meals and gathering.

We have been coming to this little piece of paradise for over 40 years. Our family has grown much during that time and we only enjoy it more now. This condo holds many memories for us, and it is our home away from home. We are so glad you have the opportunity to visit and enjoy our "home" for a little while. We live in California now, far away, but always look forward to coming back here.

The views, the small town atmosphere, and the simplicity and beauty of the surroundings will make this a vacation you will not soon forget. Children will feel welcome and comfortable as well.

What makes this property unique

The small town of Southport with its historic roots is a few miles away. The two community pools are a short walk/drive away. Our condo has walking access to the Oak Island Golf Course, which is a beautiful golf course with beach views. There are restaurants, coffee shops, unique gift shops, and a Walmart within several miles of the condo. Wilmington NC, just a 20 mile drive, has shopping, restaurants, and activities for the whole family.
