**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------Shore is Nice is a perfect name for this light blue beach cabin located almost centrally in town. Quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath beach property just walking distance from the water. This house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals while on vacation. Bedroom one features a king sized bed while bedroom two features 2 queen beds. There is additional sleeping in the living room with the double sleeper-sofa. Relax on the deck with your favorite beverage. This property is perfect for a small family. Located just across from the local plaza, you have easy access to the local dollar store and a cozy restaurant.

No pets are allowed. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property however it could have been cleaner. (I sent pictures via text to the office number.) The kitchen could have had more cups and glasses. Also we called on the first day to request more outdoor chairs as there were only 2 and they were downstairs. We (3 senior women) had to carry the 2 chairs upstairs ourselves. There were no tables outside either. The office said someone would come check in the garage however we never heard anything else so I don't know if they ever did. There was no communication. Other than that, we enjoyed the property.

Also my wife was on crutches and was thankful the stairs were not too tall so she could hop up and down them. We would rent this house again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We missed that the property did not have guest Wi-Fi. A bit inconvenient - but we worked around it. The carpet is stained and worn - wife was a bit hesitant to go barefoot in the house. Refrigerator sounds like a noisy dishwasher. Washing machine is unlevel and shakes the entire house. The King size bed's mattress is horrible and past the need to be replaced. We didn't try/touch the other (2) beds. Other than that - nice size for two or small family and great location; short walk to beach and close to Hwy for quick errands, etc.
