**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------Located on beautiful wide beach this beachfront home is perfect for a single family. Enjoy views of cruise ships leaving Galveston Island and the lovely sounds of the waves crashing. Captain Morgan is located in a quieter area of the peninsula but not far from the central area where the stores and restaurants are located. Captain Morgan has a large yard that allows for adequate fun had by all whom accommodate the premises.

No large gatherings are allowed at this property. Small dogs are allowed with a pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Captain Morgan is a great rental
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family trip to Crystal Beach. We had everything we needed at Captain Morgan. It’s just the right size for 6, although we had 5. We had everything we needed to cook with, outdoor furniture to relax on and we paid extra for sheets and towels so we were set. Wonderful trip, the best memories!

Great house very close to the beach
House it beachfront, although walking to the beach takes time so you might be better off driving. The porch is amazing to sit on for eating and hanging out. The house layout is amazing and was clean. Lots of hot water and the kitchen was well furnished. Would stay again!

My family has always loved Captain Morgans, but it needs woek.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has visited Captain Morgans for the past 5 years, taking turns renting it. We love the location, but we feel the owner really needs to do some maintenance/updating. The living room couches needs new cushions, the beds need new mattresses/pillows, the floors are warped and peeling up, the paint on the walls are chipping, the bathtub drains extremely slow, and the shower curtains are old and dirty, the top deck has splinters (my mother-in-law got a huge splinter in her foot that I spent an hour trying to pull all the pieces out of her foot). We feel for the price of over $3,000 per week, they should be able to do this. We will be considering a new vacation property for next year.

I do think they should update the couches soon otherwise everything was good.
