At the northern entrance to Villard de Lans arriving Sassenage, Payonère plateau 1025 meters above sea level offers a beautiful panorama of the Vercors mountains.
Situated at the end of a small subdivision, the south-facing house is on the edge of meadows and fields blé.C'est the ideal place for a vacation and forget his worries, take a healthy break in turmoil everyday, walking the dog without fear of cars, to rest, recharge and leave fully blossomed.
The house at 700 m from the RD 531 is 2 minutes from the center of LANS VILLARD taking the car or 20 minutes by a footpath.
To access the ski slopes or go by car ride 7-8 minutes either go to Villard and take the free shuttle.

Tres belle region, ideale pour les randonnees. Villard de Lans est tres animee et agreable. Le logement est lumineux et fonctionnel. L'accueil a ete tres agreable. Merci

Avons passez un très bon séjour, les hotes très accueillant, vue impressionante sur les montagnes,studio plein sud ,idéal si vous avez un chien car du terrain devant le studio mais surtout chemin de randonnée et champs dès la sortie de la propriété Bref je recommande vivement

Très bon accueil. Emplacement tranquille.
Pour des skieurs, un peu loin des pistes. Même s'il y a des navettes toutes les 20 minutes qui partent du village, il faut une voiture. La mentalité de cette ville est très sympathique.
