This home is ideal for couples and small families with one or two kids. Seventh Mountain Resort is seven miles southwest of Bend, surrounded by fragrant pine trees. The fantastic skiing at Mt Bachelor is only 16 miles to the west, so this is the perfect rental for folks planning on lots of winter sports. Bundle up and take a sled dog ride with a professional musher. For a majestic natural sight, visit Bend's lava caves. And at the end of an exhilarating day, grab your suit and head to the outdoor heated pool for a dip.

The living room is comfy with a large sectional sofa and carpeted floors. Curl up and watch some cable, or log onto the WiFi to check the powder conditions. For lovely views of the surrounding nature, step out onto the south-facing balcony. In the morning, head to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a hot meal. Brew some coffee to perk yourself up, then fortify yourself for the day of adventures ahead. When you're done, load the dishes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

The bedroom has a big king bed where a couple can drift off into blissful slumber. This peaceful space also has a TV and DVD player so that you can snuggle in bed and watch a marathon of your favorite shows or movies. (A movie library is available in the lobby.) With a sofabed in the living room, this condo can sleep up to four guests. There is also a shared washer and dryer on-site for your convenience.

Tennis and basketball courts are on site, and Seventh Mountain's beautiful open-air ice skating rink is just a short walk away. There's golf nearby, with Widgi Creek right next door and a championship golf course, Tetherow, a little over two miles away. World-class mountain biking is available with direct access to hundreds of miles of trails right from your front door, and anglers and hikers will revel in the possibilities on the stunning Deschutes River trail, just a short walk from the back of your home away from home. And kids will love the on-site amenities just as much as their parents. Check out the resort's Adventure Center for horseback riding, bike rentals, and whitewater rafting, as well as sand volleyball, horseshoes, disc golfing, and more!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
