The Douglas on Third is a 100 year old building that has been completely redone, inside and out and offers one of the few places to stay on historic 3rd Street in downtown McMinnville. The rooms are quaint, not overly large, but we have built in most everything you will need during your visit!

Clean and welcoming!
This apartment was the perfect spot for us to explore McMinnville and the surrounding wineries and hiking trails. Our bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were small, but the window shades, air conditioning, and comfortable bed made this the perfect space to rest after long days enjoying the Willamette Valley. We would absolutely rent this place again!

Over a year ago, the couples decided that they wanted to take on a fun project, and thus the Douglas on Third came about. Meeting new people, introducing them to the town and community they love, and simply being hospitable is something they are all passionate about. They cannot wait to make your stay at the Douglas on Third a memorable and enjoyable one!

The Douglas on Third was completely remodeled in the fall of 2016. While all of its updates give it a modern flare, the qualities of the original Douglas Hotel are ever present. It is a unique and inviting space that will serve as a wonderful "home base" as you explore McMinnville, OR
