About the property

As per Vancouver's by-laws we have a minimum stay of 1 month, but will give preference to longer stays.

Currently looking for bookings beginning May 15th, 2018.

Monthly rate $2700 Canadian dollars. Fully furnished, all linens, all dish and cookware, internet, and cable.

Our place is newly renovated, modern, clean, and close to everything!

Want for nothing as this suite is fully equipped with kitchen necessities such as dinnerware, bake ware, serving ware, cutlery, utensils, appliances, spices, and more.

Bathroom has towels, hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, toiletries, and robes.

The suite has plenty of storage to store your luggage and other belongings with large closets in the bedroom and entry way.

Enjoy cable TV, and free wifi.

Within less than 15mins walk you will arrive at restaurants like Earl's, Cactus Club, Tim Horton's, Tree's Coffee, Heirloom Vegetarian restaurant, Rangoli (East Indian Fusion cuisine). Take in a show at the Stanley theatre it's just 2 blocks away!

20 min walk or 5 min drive to Granville Island, for fantastic food markets and artisan goods. Buy some groceries to prepare in our fully equipped kitchen.

For bike enthusiasts head to the sea wall and enjoy the car free ride around the sea wall which can take you through Yaletown, through the West End, and around Stanley Park. Want to rent a bike? The new Mobi bike share program has bikes stationed just two blocks from this suite.

Our place is also within 10 mins walk of transit to take you any direction.

The sofa is a pull-out which can accommodate 2 extra people as visitors, but would not be suitable for long stays.

Parking is available for an additional $5 per day and is payable by credit card or cash upon arrival.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed to stay there. The kitchen was well ecquiped ... unfortenetly we dit not used it.

Everything was clean.

For sure we will recommend it and if there is an other time we will try to stay there again.

Small, but fully-featured, perfect for a couple

Location was very convenient to downtown and Granville market, easy to find, easy to park. Elizabeth was very helpful, and accommodating with an early check-in. The bathroom and kitchen worked great (electric range if you care, it was fine for us.) The only thing I'd mention is the mattress on the bed is...firm, very firm. Can't detract from the convenience and the hospitality at all. Definitely would stay a couple nights again. Vancouver was a great experience, lovely city, very chill. Thanks again, Elizabeth!

Great cozy apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. It has all amenities you need, very well stocked kitchen!

It is close to public transport so you can explore Vancouver and surroundings.

Unfortunately we never met Elizabeth.

Great location to attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores.

This property is perfectly located in Vancouver. It's homey, clean, and well stocked. The owners are super to work with. The only negative is the super firm mattress that was really uncomfortable for spoiled people like us used to pillowtops.
