This house has been in our family since 1963 and was renovated and enlarged in 1998. Currently, the front portion of the property includes a separate residence with a full-time occupant. Tomboy Road begins right behind the house and is a starting point for several hikes and high basin adventures. The neighborhood is entirely residential, with the exception of the Telluride Historical Museum, and is a quiet retreat from the activities downtown. The gondola and Lift #8 are a short 6-block walk from the house. This is a non-smoking house and no pets of any kind are allowed.
