Villa Marika is a traditional villa spread over two floors in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, where it sits on a hill overlooking the sea. The villa covers an area of 130 m2 and can accommodate 8 guests in peaceful surroundings and privacy. Access is through a narrow country road, so we recommend arriving in small or medium sized cars.
The outside areas are stunning. The large terrace with its spectacular sea view is ideal for outdoor dining. It is partially shaded by a pergola and features a dining table for 12, a stone BBQ, a wood-fired oven and a sink. A few steps down is “the rose corner”, with stone benches where you can sit and admire different types of roses and – of course – the sea view.
The villa’s strong point is the swimming pool heated (3x7 m), a few steps up from the terrace. It is surrounded by deckchairs, an outdoor shower, chairs, sun beds and parasol – as well as games for children. There is also an outside bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Here you will also find a gym area.
On the ground floor of the villa, the living room features exposed beams and a tiled floor. It is furnished with a king-size sofa-bed, an armchair and a TV. Also on the ground floor is the bright and spacious kitchen, which includes a dining table for 12, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, electric oven and gas hob with four burners. From the kitchen you have access to another terrace with a table and 8 chairs.
