The combo kitchen/family room/breakfast nook, complete with a sliding glass door to the pool and spa, is the ultimate interactive casual living area. Despite its proximity to Disney, it is a quiet rural setting. There is a nature reserve about 5 miles away. The unique area has rolling hills and scenic landscapes where visitors can swim, hike, bird-watch, picnic, fish, canoe or take part in the nature study events offered. A huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suite all abilities and pockets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.
