False advertising
We wanted to stay in a place with a pool. This VRBO advertised one. The pool has been closed for almost a month and they did not update their listing nor did they contact me after my booking (which was only 1 week before the stay) to let me know of this. Needless to say, my children were very disappointed. I contacted Whistler Premier and they STILL have not returned my email (5 days later).
Also, the check-in is NOT at The Aspens; you need to go The Village to check in. Again, Whistler Premier does not let you know this on this site nor do they contact you prior to checking in to advise you. This could be a huge inconvenience for people arriving late at night or in the winter or with small children.
