Condo Details:

**This is a NON-Smoking Unit AND a non-smoking property. All forms of smoking or vaping is prohibited in the units, lanais as well as common areas including the parking lot. **

**This is a PET free unit. **

Our beautiful ocean view unit is situated in upper Wailea Ekahi Village. It is a 952 square foot unit on the second floor with one bedroom and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 guests. We are not equipped to host children younger than school aged. (5 years old and older please.) Two in the bedroom and two on the memory foam sofa sleeper. It is conveniently located near one of the quiet pools. Our double lanai has a beautiful spot for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunset in one of our two chaise lounges.

**UPDATE TO ALL EKAHI UNITS - BBQ's have been removed from all lanais in Ekahi. Management has placed BBQ stations throughout Ekahi. Our closest BBQ station is between our building and building 47 on the lawn area. We also have an indoor / outdoor griddle as another option for our guests.

Ekahi now has a Fitness Center!
7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the pavilion, for guests over the age of 18.

The large master suite has new bedroom furniture (January 2019) with a NEW Sterns and Foster Rockwell California king sized mattress (February 2020). It is perfect for side, back and stomach sleepers. It is from their plush line, and it is SUPER comfortable! The bedroom also has dresser space, and a library. There is an adjoining dressing room and a recently updated bathroom with a glass block step-in shower. The second bathroom has also been recently updated; with a step-in shower as well (No tub).

Our location in the complex is ideal for those who love to golf, shop, walk, and enjoy the beach. For those who want to have some tee time, the following golf courses are nearby: Wailea Gold, Wailea Blue, and Wailea Emerald. For shoppers, our unit is within an easy 15- minute walk from our unit to the Shops at Wailea. This outdoor mall has a bit of everything from casual dining to gourmet restaurants. It also has an ABC Store as well as a specialty grocery store. For our walkers and beach lovers, it is a quick 7-minute walk down a beautiful greenbelt to Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's beachfront boardwalk. On the beach, you can enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding and sun worshiping.

Our cleaning care professionals have been trained to properly follow all CDC, VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) and VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) guidelines and protocols. Their employees have been trained on proper cleaning techniques, including how to properly sanitize and disinfect various surfaces and the safe and proper usage of chemicals. In addition, all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures and an extra-long cycle to ensure that it has been sanitized properly. We will also have some cleaning items available for your use while in our unit.

There is a 5-night minimum stay in our unit during the winter months. There is a 3-day minimum stay during all other times of the year. 5% Discount for stays longer than 7 nights. 10% discount for stays longer than 28 days.

The cleaning fee is $250 plus tax. (Includes a deep cleaning that follows Covid cleaning protocols.)

We are a non-smoking and pet free unit.

The Pavilion is beautiful. There are three BBQs for guests to use at the pavilion as well as a kitchen area.

Beautiful Spot in Ekahi Village
We've stayed in Ekahi before but we enjoyed this unit a lot. The lenai is large with an awesome view of the ocean, trees/flowers and grass. The unit was very well stocked with all necessary things from snorkel gear, boogie boards, all kitchen utensils/spices/coffee/cooler cups and more. Communication with the owners was great and our family enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back!

Wonderful vacation
My husband, two kids aged 14 and 11 and I stayed at this condo and we enjoyed our stay so much. The communication with the owners were excellent, the condo is well-stocked and the owners thought of everything we could possibly need that we didn't need to get anything other than our groceries. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Why they chose this property

After visiting Ekahi for an anniversary trip, we decided to look for a vacation rental in Maui. We looked at places all over the island and kept coming back to Ekahi because we loved that the complex feels more like a home and not like a hotel. After deciding that we want a unit here, we toured many floor plans. This floor plan was our favorite and we knew once we looked at it that this was the one we wanted. One of our favorite things about this unit is that it has a double lanai instead of two separate ones and the views are amazing here.
