Pleasant stay
The Apartment is situated in a gated community with beautiful gardens, pool and a fantastic patio. We felt very safe there and the location is about a 50 minute walk to the sea and the main strip. We felt it necessary to have a car unless you are happy to take the bus. We highly recommend Pierre’s condo and he was always available for any needs and info you may need.

Terrasses à l’est, sud et ouest…Dure la vie! Sis dans un quartier calme et dans un joli aménagement paysager, le gîte nous a ravi. Tout près de la Croisette, on a pu profiter des très nombreux restaurants. Et puis, il y a Menton, Monaco, Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat, Nice, Saint-Laurent du Var, Mougins qui sauront peut-être vous faire oublier les terrasses…

We have spent 2 weeks in the spacy, beautiful appartement and honestly I have no idea which could be more perfect : the appartment has a very high standard, was well equipped, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garage was large enough for our 5 meter van and very easy to access. The appartment complex is very calm, there is a boulangerie next door and a bus stop which takes you to central Cannes every 10 min. Also not to forget is the clean and large pool. The handover was done by Mrs. Hoestland which is a very sympathic and polite lady. Communication with the host Pierre was also perfect ... so absolutely no reason not to come back.

Wunderschöne Auszeit
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Highlight ist natürlich der Außenbereich der wundervoll eingerichtet ist und keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt ist schön und ruhig. An dem Pool, an dem ausdrücklich steht dass sich ruhig verhalten werden soll, kann man sehr schön ausspannen und die Zeit genießen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Zur leckeren und freundlichen boulangerie sind es nur wenige Minute. Was ich und meine Tochter besonders schön fand, der Weg zur boulangerie durch den Park der Wohnanlage :) Wir selbst haben in die Stadt und zum Strandbad das Auto genommen, allerdings fährt direkt vor dem Haus auch ein Bus, was eine entsprechende Parkplatzsuche in der Stadt erspart und den Ausflug noch entspannter machen kann.

Hundred-year-old park, luxury, everything is new, close to everything but without the nuisances, let our holiday-makers enjoy the environment, Résidence de La Begum, Bonnard Museum and path, wonderful 5 km flat path and some good authentic restaurants.
