Loft in building with great infrastructure, consisting of: swimming pool, saunas (dry and steam), covered parking space, whirlpool, internal garden with Zen space, gym, spinning room, restaurant, convention rooms and laundry service.
Located in front of Praia do Forte, the most beautiful and known of Cabo Frio, and a few minutes from the city center.

Comfortably sleeps 4 people and is programmed to meet all needs. It has air conditioning, refrigerator, cookie top (stove), microwave, coffee maker, blender and bed, table and bath utensils.

Fully decorated in a 'clean' style to provide well being, comfort and tranquility.

PS: I am selling the property BUT RENTAL CONTINUES NORMALLY !! The value is $ 520. 000.00. I accept offer, car as a form of payment and a small installment of financing.
The rental income is very large !! The apartment is very good for investment !! Has a company in the hotel that manages some apartment and pays a fixed amount without any expense and work for the owner !!

Adoramos o loft e o condomínio.
Estivemos, eu, meu esposo, minha sobrinha e duas babys de 1 ano, nos dias 05 a 9 de outubro e adoramos o lugar. Tudo conforme o descrito e pessoalmente é melhor ainda. O Dono do Loft foi super atencioso e tirou todas as nossas dúvidas.Lugar tranquilo e seguro para crianças também. Pretendemos voltar.
