Ótima casa!
Casa ampla, completa com pátio grande e bonito. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela dona Emília. Praia linda e sossegada, excelente para famílias com crianças.

Paz, aconchego e harmonia na casa da Dona Emília <3
Nossa família, incluindo os pets, amou a hospitalidade da Dona Emília e a casa. Encontramos tudo o que precisávamos em instalações e em atendimento. Paz, aconchego e harmonia além de uma casa gostosa e prática. Os pets e eu amamos o pátio gramado! A varandinha foi excelente para o churrasquinho. O chuveiro é delicioso e nos proporcionou banhos quentinhos. As camas possuem colchões e travesseiros firmes e confortáveis, todos nós dormimos muito bem. Como a Dona Emília nos disse a casa é simples, é sim, mas tem tudo o que precisamos para passar um fim de semana delicioso. O local é silencioso e bem reservado. Mesmo com quase todos os dias nublados e chuvosos pudemos descansar e aproveitar bastante a estadia. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Excelente localização, imóvel organizado e limpo
O imóvel é simples porém muito agradável, limpo e oferece bastante conforto como um chuveiro potente que é ótimo, uma garagem grande e independente. Tem uma varanda charmosa voltada para um jardim que é perfeita para um bom churrasco ou para simplesmente ficar ali apreciando a natureza. Está numa região muito bonita e de acesso fácil a padaria, supermercado, posto de gasolina e farmácia. Também está a 5 minutos de Jurerê. O bairro é tranquilo, tem praça com aparelho de ginástica passiva e playground e a praia está próxima dispensando o uso de carro. Recomendo tanto para famílias com filhos ou para casal.
