Two bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, one car garage house on a dead end street in Hyannis, Ma. Just five minutes from the ocean. Hyannis is located perfectly in the middle of Cape Cod so it is easy to get to all the great sights Cape Cod has to offer. Hyannis is also home to the Cape Cod Mall, Cape Cod Potato Chip factory, the JFK Museum and the ports to go to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket (including the high speed ferry port). House has cable tv, wifi, garage, washer and dryer. Brand new living room set with a pull out sofa (2017). Living room and kitchen just painted end of April 2017.

Lovely place
Stayed with my older parents and we all enjoyed our stay. The place is on the small side but plenty of room for us. My parents appreciated the ramp to the front door. The twin beds are very firm which I don’t mind but the pillows are too soft in my opinion so bring your own if that’s important to you. I do wish they had a drip coffee maker and a tea kettle but those are small things to complain about. Overall, it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

2 bedroom house with small eat in kitchen, back porch and 2 bathrooms. Plenty to do within short drive.

Perfect location to explore Cape Cod
Property was well stocked with much more than just the essentials. Location was excellent for exploring the Cape. Owners very accommodating. Within walking distance of grocery and fresh seafood market

Great House for a family of 4 on the Cape
This was a great rental for a family of 4. We liked having 1.5 bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer. The location was great, the house is on a quiet street and it is close to Craigsville beach, miniature golf and downtown Hyannis and a market is nearby. The a/c window units were really good and helped cool the house down. We would definitely come back here again.

Great location
We had an even better time than we anticipated. Super convenient with grocery store and restaurants right up the road. Beaches of your choosing minutes away. Not overly touristy while also having anything you could want. Great balance for our family of 5.
