Head upstairs to the main living space with gorgeous natural grain wood flooring.  Your are sure to notice the unique hexagonal shape of this portion of the cabin with skylights in the peaked roof creating a harmonious relationship with the surrounding natural beauty of the mature trees.  There is plenty of room for everyone on the large wraparound sofa in front of the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV with cable.  Step out to the front deck and relax under the shade of the mature trees.  The kitchen has been beautifully updated with poured stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, coffee pot and microwave.  Small children will be excited to have their own playroom right off the kitchen.  A half bath is close by for your convenience.

Through the vestibule which connects the upper living spaces and front deck you will find two more bedrooms.  One bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with separate tub and shower.  The last bedroom has a queen bed and 3/4 bathroom with back deck access.  For an evening of fun, head down to the game room with pool table, TV with cable, mini fridge, as well as the washer and dryer.

The nicely landscaped backyard is sure to be a highlight of your stay.  Enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a day full of adventure, or barbecuing on the propane grill on the dedicated cement patio with picnic table and shade cover.  Your visit to Big Bear Lake is sure to be memorable at Maple Bear when you are enjoying the great outdoors.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
