Swim-up bar and restaurant right on the ocean. **Happy Hour from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.** Friendly English-speaking staff. Twenty-four-hour security. Bus and taxi's right in front of the condominium.

Great for budget-minded travel
Overall great stay. Lots of towels and linens, but kids have to be happy sleeping on couches. A/C at hotel next door is a noise problem for the whole building but one learns to tune it out. Choice of 2 amazing beaches for swimming and a great pool. Good restaurant, small grocery mart, and easy access to bus either to PV or to beaches further south.

Nice stay
Everything went well. The on-site restaurant was pretty good. Happy hour drinks 6-7 pm every night. Delicious margaritas. The beach to either side of the property was nice. Easy bus ride to town for 10 pesos per person with pick up directly across from the condo. Condo is not stocked with coffee, drinking water or extra roll of toilet paper. Coffee maker in room is a coffee pot - not Keurig. Not sure if previous guests left coffee filters or not. . On-site store closes at 9 pm so would recommend buying water elsewhere if arriving late. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Absolutely wonderful
The property is gorgeous - studio is moderately small but we’ll designed and has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great aC, convenience store on site, pool and the best ocean view in all of Vallarta. We’ve been coming to PV for 30 years and have stayed at this property twice and will stay here again if it’s available! Bus stops right outside for easy trip to the Romantic Zone. The restraint is good and right on the ocean. Love everything about it. Owners helpful and quick to communicate. Thank you for a great week.
