The Reviews Say It All!
Instead of my duplicating others, just read these best reviews!:

I only add that the bottle of wine & extra water jugs greeting us were a real surprise showing Alan's class! Also, the indoor "bug zapper" was so effective at ridding all flying insects (You definitely want this on in the evening.) The only hiccup was an outdated code for entering the gate, since fixed.
I do wish to clarify the mixed reviews on accessing the private beach. The house sits 320 ft above sea level. That means a steep 1/2 mile trek down roads & 70-step stairway to a rocky promontory then the beach. You need a healthy youthful physique to reach it in the 7 minutes advertised, especially in sun carrying water, snorkels, etc. (The return climb, well...!) So if you're past prime or out of shape, not recommended. The beach is more a "perk" than "attraction." Don't base your decision to stay here on it, especially with Magen's as close by car. (BTW, from the private beach you can "swim-walk" the 1/2 mile upshore to Magen's!) Oh, one more thing, in the 1st photo with 4 panels, showing the stairway in the lower right panel, that is not the beach in the background, it is the roof of the house!)
Lastly, ignore the 3-star review about anyone seeing in thru the outdoor shower window. The window is right against the foliage & the next house is way uphill thru more foliage. Nobody can possibly see into it!
We hope to be back to this amazing house. Thanks again, Alan!
