Pleasure Isle Villas community is low traffic, family oriented, quiet and perfectly located to sit back and enjoy your vacation. The complex is surrounded in lush landscaping with brick walkways leading you to the swimming pool and tennis court. Ocean Spell has dedicated private parking directly below the entrance and the private stairway allows for easy and quick entry unlike high rise complex’s that require elevators. Our private deeded beach access provides easy access to our large and well-spaced beach area.

Relax in is this beautifully decorated two master-suite home with 3 full bathrooms located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico. The 1st and 2nd floor decks provide excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can sit back and watch the pelicans and seagulls in complete privacy. The 1st floor deck provides seating for outdoor dining so you can take full advantage of the fresh air and water views. The town-home provides full kitchen, dining and living areas allowing all to rest and relax in comfort. If grilling out is in your cooking routine, we have you covered with a dedicated gas grill specific to Ocean’s Spell, no sharing or waiting for others. When you are done at the beach or pool, simply hang your wet items on the dedicated clothesline or use the washer & drier located on the second level between the bedrooms.

The Pleasure Isle Villas has private pool and tennis court specifically for our residents and guests. The outdoor owner’s storage closet holds many common beach and vacation items such as beach wagon, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, beach table (small but very convenient!) and other fun items such as bicycles and various toss games.

After a fun filled day, dinner is available within walking distance. An 'eat-in' restaurant offering a menu to please all ages, a fresh seafood market that 'cooks-to-go' and a grocery store are located within one block of the property. Numerous restaurants, shopping malls, activities and parks are just minutes away. Amenities are numerous and this spacious home provides a perfect vacation destination that you won’t want to leave!
