Work on your groundstrokes with free court time on the 12 shared tennis courts (two indoor, eight outdoor Har-Tru, two outdoor red clay), pump some iron or take a free class in the resort gym, play in the welcome center game room, swim laps in any of the three shared pools (one indoor and two seasonal outdoor), and find quick and easy access via the shuttle to the world-class slopes at Sugarbush Mountain, with ski lifts less than a mile west. Six E-chargers are available on-site at the rec center, and level 2 chargers are available for a fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
