About this property

Spacious luxe Vail home on bus route - perfect for families!

This large East Vail townhome is next to Big Horn Park & all outdoor activities, while just steps from the bus stop and across the street from the Vail Racquet Club (& Restaurant). Family owned, it's ideal for several families or large groups. What makes our place unique is the open communal space combined with individual space that provides privacy. Huge family room downstairs allows space for children to play while adults to relax above. An ideal location with parking for 2 cars (1 in garage).

Our story...we looked at over 50 properties before purchasing this home because it offered large communal areas combined with individual privacy for families & couples...a rarity in the Vail Valley. We want our guests experience to be comfortable and enjoyable, just as it is for us when we use the house. We make the house feel like a home and not a "managed property" that is just concerned about profit.

Our 2,400 sq ft home is recently renovated and well-decorated. There are 3 formal bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with two family spots that double as additional bedrooms. The best feature of the home is the extra large bonus family room downstairs (aka 4th bedroom with a comfortable queen murphy-bed pulldown) - that includes a huge sectional, big TV, video games, toys and space for children and adults to play.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and separate thermostat allowing for everyone to have their own preference. Two of the three full bathrooms have tubs and the other is an over-sized granite walk in shower/steam room. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open with a fireplace and a walkout deck to BBQ on in the summer. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals.

We are big skiers and have lots of storage (not pictured) in entry for all your gear.

There is tremendous closet space and very fun "nook-and cranny" spaces that allow for additional places for play and relaxation. We love the house and think you will also.

The house was perfect and the pictures were accurate. Very clean and nice furniture , Plenty of space and room for everyone. Extra area and games in basement, House was warm and beds comfortable. Also able to use garage for parking, Short drove or bus ride to slopes, would definitely recommend to anytime looking for a house in Vail as a home base.

Great Hideaway in Vail
Place was fantastic for big family. We had plenty of rooms. The only thing it lacked was working TVs in rooms especially master bedroom. At the end of long day of skiing, everyone wants to relax in their own space and watch a little tv. Especially when you have different age groups in family. Cheap smart TVs in each room would be great.

Great ski property
Great ski property for multiple families, especially enjoyed the downstairs gameroom, which even served as a great teen bedroom thanks to the Murphy bed. Very practical and renovated kitchen. Also very easy shuttle access and convenience.

Wonderful place
This property was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. It was roomy, the beds were comfortable, the steam shower was enjoyed a lot. And it had a garage which was really a bonus. The kids loved the loft area and the foosball table. All in all a great place.
