Beautifully Restored in-Town Antique

Enjoy Nantucket year-round in a beautifully restored antique home. The home is located in the 'Old Historic District of Nantucket' in the desirable Cliff Road area. It is less than a five minute walk to Town and to the Ferry. Some of the more popular Nantucket beaches, including Jetties, Children's and Steps, are all within close proximity.

This is one of the oldest homes on Nantucket and was carefully restored in 2008. There are four working fireplaces and original pine floors. The home has five bedrooms and five and a half baths. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. You have your choice of a first or second floor King master. The first floor master has a large walk-in closet and beautiful limestone tile en-suite shower. The second floor master has a newly renovated (2021) luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower complete with Carrera marble bench.

The front room on the second floor is an original bedroom with a fireplace and en-suite Cabrera marble bathroom. The third bedroom on the second floor is a lovely room with custom built twin beds and en-suite bathroom beautifully renovated in 2021 with marble washstand and an exquisite tiled shower. As you reach the landing on the third floor, there is a custom built computer desk. The bedroom on the third floor has custom built twin beds, and the bathroom offers a tile shower and double sinks.

The large modern eat-in kitchen has a large granite island and breakfast nook. All appliances are state of the art. Enjoy watching TV in the family room or cocktails in the living room. The dining room is a warm and inviting area that can easily accommodate ten people. The large private deck, which is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, is the perfect place to entertain on a warm summer night, or during the shoulder season with the outdoor heatlamp.

The home has central A/C and a second floor laundry room with washer and dryer.

Beach necessities are provided, including beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. After the beach you can rinse off in the outdoor shower on the back deck. The home is equipped with HD cable TV and hi-speed broadband wireless internet.

Perfect Vacation!
2 Cliff Road was the perfect house for grandparents, adult children and a baby. Plenty of room to spread out, privacy, kitchen and outside activities. The house was an easy walk to town for shopping and dinners on the water. We highly recommend this house.

Just an awesome place!
The only complaint that I have relates to the manager. The house was supposed to be unlocked when we arrived. It wasn’t. Fortunately I had the name of the manager and was able to find his phone # via Google. I was lucky to be able to get in touch with him. He gave me the lock box code and it was smooth sailing from there. The only other complaint is that there were big boxes from Amazon stacked everywhere in the house. I eventually lugged them into the basement so we could quit navigating around them in the house. This should have been done before we arrived. The house and location are fantastic! A short walk to the harbor and the ferry’s. Right in the middle of everything. We rented bikes, but cancelled them because the charming streets are all cobblestones. Impossible to ride bikes on. However, the location of the house negates the needs for bikes. Plenty of rideshare availability. We Ubered to Cisco Brewery and to a restaurant on the far end of the island. Other than that, we walked everywhere. House is in fantastic condition and the owner is very responsive. She lives overseas, so there will most likely be a bit of a delay in email responses to to time zones. Always within 12 hrs. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Oasis in the Heart of Nantucket Town
We stayed at this wonderful home during Nantucket Christmas Stroll with our extended Family. The home is impeccable with such a warm feeling throughout and in the perfect location to take in the sights, shops & restaurants of Nantucket during the most festive time of the year! Attentive owner who makes a vacation escape to that Faraway Island all an ease! If it's this good in Winter, must be superb in the Summer!
