Luna Sol is an apartment of 75 m2 with a mid covered terrace of 25m2.
This cottage is located on the 2nd floor of a house built in 1889 renovated with taste and respect for
 historical architecture, ecology and modern comfort that is required today.


In the generously equipped you will find among others a dishwasher, an oven - microwave, coffee maker and all that good a cook needs.
Both bedrooms are spacious and furnished with beds, wardrobes and chests of the time.
The bathroom with a modern shower is separate from the toilet cabinet.
The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed, three wooden tables and chairs straw, he invites you to read, play games, listen to music, eating or lounging.
Enjoy sheltered from the north wind with a good breakfast in the sun, evening grills or enjoy one of the famous wine in the moonlight over the roofs of St. André de Roquelongue terrace.

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. St Andre de Roquelange ist sehr hübsch und wunderbar gelegen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr charmant und die Wohnung ist hübsch, komfortabel, sauber und wirklich super ausgestattet. Eva und Markus haben uns liebevoll empfangen und hatten tolle Tips für Ausflüge in die Gegend. Besser geht's wirklich nicht. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Excellent séjour et une semaine pleine de détente et de découverte
Le gîte est magnifique restauré avec goût et en parfaite harmonie avec le patrimoine. L'accueil est très chaleureux, les propriétaires sont très gentils et sont au petits soins et débordent de bon humeur .ils connaissent parfaitement le département et sont de très bon conseil pour vous conseiller les meilleurs sites à visiter.

Quel accueil exceptionnel !!!!
Quel accueil !!! Eva et Markus sont extraordinaires de gentillesse ! Ils sont pleins de bons conseils pour les activités des alentours ( notamment un atelier peinture avec un peintre d'une commune voisine qui nous a enchanté) ou pour les produits locaux. On aurait aimé avoir plus de temps pour goûter les vins qu'Eva et Markus conseillent mais ce sera pour un prochain séjour. Le logement est parfait, vraiment très agréable à vivre. Et La région est bien évidemment magnifique.

Ein Urlaub bei dem alles gestimmt hat
Wir wollten nach dem Besuch von Freunden in Toulouse noch zwei Wochen im Süden von Frankreich bleiben. Bei der Suche nach einer strategisch günstig gelegenen FeWo sind wir dann bei Luna Sol in Saint-André-de-Roquelongue gelandet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt: Die Lage des Ortes hat sich tatsächlich als sehr günstig erwiesen. Das Meer ist in greifbarer Nähe - egal ob an einem belebten Sandstrand oder an einem der idyllischen Etangs. Die schöne und lebendige Stadt Narbonne bietet alles, was man von einer alten Stadt im Süden erwarten kann. Saint André und das unmittelbare Umland sind überaus reizvoll. Weinfelder und karstiges Bergland beherrschen die Landschaft. Wandern ist möglich - in jedem gewünschten Umfang. Wer Freude am Kulturgut Wein hat, wird hier in der Corbière-Region ganz sicher fündig werden - bei einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frisches Obst und Gemüse sind überall zu bekommen. Man muss auch nicht weit fahren, um etwas zu erleben: Die sehenswerte Abbaye de Fontfroide liegt gleich nebenan mit einem mehr als guten Restaurant. Auch die berühmten Katharer-Burgen im Süden des Departements Aude, das berühmte Carcassonne, der Canal de Midi, Minerve sind rel. leicht erreichbar - und so weiter ... Als ein besonderer Glücksfall hat sich für uns die Wohnung Luna Sol erwiesen. Das gilt in ganz besonderer Weise auch für die Vermieter Eva und Markus Berres. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo und die schöne Dachterrasse bilden eine Einheit. Die Terrasse ist ein kleines Reich für sich - liebevoll gestaltet bis ins Detail. Hier kann man bei Tag und bei Nacht schöne Stunden verbringen. Auch wenn man schon einiges weiß über Frankreich und einen guten Reiseführer hat - Eva kann über viele Dinge berichten, die nicht im Reiseführer stehen und auch den Weg dahin zeigen. Auf Wunsch ermöglicht sie Begegnungen mit Personen (Künstlern, Winzern u. a.) die den Aufenthalt sehr bereichern können. Ohne sie hätten wir vieles nicht so intensiv erleben können. Wir sind sehr dankbar dafür. Leben wie Gott in Frankreich - hier ist es noch möglich. Man muss sich nur darauf einlassen können und etwas entschleunigen ...

Perfekt!
Ich war mit der ganzen Familie bestehend aus Partnerin, Kinder 4 und 10 Jahre alt sowie Oma und Opa in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden am ersten Abend von unseren liebevollen Gastgebern zu einem Welcome Rendezvous in deren geräumigen Küche eingeladen mit leckeren selbst gemachten Samosas und vorzüglichen Rotwein der Region. In diesem Gespräch wurden wir bestens aufgeklärt welche Ausflugsziele für uns geeignet wären. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, die Bettwäsche duftet nach Lavendel, und ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. Es ist sogar ein Grill auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf St. Andrés de Roquelonge, da es einen Tisch und Stühle gibt kann man hier wunderbar in Familie gemeinsam frühstücken sowie Abends in gemütlicher Runde sich die Sterne am Himmel anschauen und wenn man Glück hat sogar die eine oder andere Sternschnuppe sehen. Die Hängematte auf der Terrasse war perfekt um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Von der Ferienwohnung aus erreicht man alle Ausflugsziele einfach und schnell mit dem Auto. Man kann jederzeit die Vermieter nach Ausflugstipps fragen Sie kennen sich bestens aus und können schöne Orte empfehlen welche in keinem Reisführer zu finden sind. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung hat unseren Urlaub Perfekt abgerundet.
