Apartment located on the ground floor of the villa in the Var department, commune of Le Val (83183), very nice view of the surrounding countryside, not overlooked, tranquility assured.
Le Val is a typically Provençal village located in green Provence
Private parking, garden of 150 m2. A green, secure area of over 1000 m2 is attached to the land, with access by a gate at the bottom of the garden.
The recently renovated accommodation, with an area of 45 m2, includes:
- 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom, 1m60 double bed, 1 bedroom / entrance. Bunk beds)
- 1 bathroom with shower

Ideal für jemand, der Ruhe sucht
Wir haben alles wunderbar vorgefunden. Begeistert war ich von der Ausstattung der Küche. Auch der Rest war überzeugend. Bequeme Betten. Funktionelles Bad. Aber am wohltuendsten war der große Außenbereich. Abends bei einem Glas Wein draußen sitzen - herrlich. Auch ein Parkplatz war vorhanden. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber, für die wunderbaren Tage.

Eenvoudig maar schoon appartement in Le Val. Ligt centraal als je veel wilt zien, zoals Lavendelvelden, Gerorge du Verdon en de kust, St Tropez ligt op 80 km afstand, maar er zijn ook hele fijne stranden iets dichterbij.

Alles okay außer Internet
War soweit alles okay. Der Ort liegt aber nicht direkt in Le Val sondern in einem reinem Wohngebiet ca. 3 KM außerhalb. Somit keine Abwechslung möglich. Dann ist dort die Netzversorgung sehr schlecht, im Haus gibt es kein WLAN. Wenn man noch vorhatte dort ein wenig zu arbeite (homeoffice) kaum möglich. Das gehört eigentlich auf der Website erwähnt
