- MINIMUM TWO DAILY

- FOR FAMILIES ONLY

SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN.

- CHECK IN - As the building has an administration the registration is done personally from Monday to Saturday from 8h until 21hs, on Sundays it is not allowed to CHECK IN. EVERYONE MUST BE PRESENT TO MAKE THE REGISTRATION.

The daily rates are calculated from 17hs.

- Visitors are not allowed, will only enter the condo those hosted and defined in contract.

- Residential building, hotel services are not provided.
- Bed, table, bath and toiletries will not be provided.

Apartment with oceanfront safety net, 2 bedrooms and 1 suite, living room for 2 environments, kitchen, large laundry room with washing machine, terrace with barbecue, 2 parking spaces, 39 'Led TV in the living room, dormitory room with TV, ceiling fan, microwave, pillow, household items and more.

Very well located in the neighborhood of Guilhermina, the best neighborhood of Praia Grande. Site with full infrastructure, craftwork, markets (CARREFOUR AND EXTRA), restaurants, Habib's, McDonald's and trades in general, in front of the 23/24 kiosk.

It is not allowed to use the recreation area of the condominium.

Hospedagem perfeita
Apartamento show de bola, muito bem mobiliado além de uma vista incrível para o mar. Fica a poucos metros do beach lounge e da feira de artesanato. Sem contar que na esquina do prédio tem um Carrefour. Infraestrutura completa de área de lazer no prédio! Tudo perfeito….espero voltar em breve.
